aw. poor thing! i'm sorry you are hurt and hope you feel better soon. you know what you should do though, tell your parents that you're in great pain and the only way to soothe it is to get your mind off it by going shopping. surely they'd be willing to fork over some cash to make you feel better!
did i ever tell you about the time i almost sliced my finger off at work? or how my dad actually DID slice the tip of his thumb off when he was working on a farm (did you know that you can still feel your limb when it is severed? not only that, but there was another accident while he was having his thumb sewn back on...)? or how my great-grandfather got his nose kicked off by a horse (and then his wife used normal needle-and-thread to sew it back on for him!)? just in case you wanted to know some more accident-related stories.
