Kind of reminds me of my MASC interview, which was four people and then I had to write a letter in French to possible school candidates. I didn't get the job, but I have a really good feeling about your chances for this one!

The most comprehensive, in-depth interview process I ever went through was for a job that had (has) no actual paycheque involved.

While that sort of thing is tough, it is nice that they consider the position that important. It bodes well for you once you get the job (which, of course, you will).

I like to think that this is indeed the case - the more intense and thought-provoking the interview, the more dedicated the staff.
