Couch to 5K Hooray! I can indeed run five kilometers. At my current pace, it takes me between thirty-five and forty minutes, which is significantly slower than the thirty minutes it used to take me. But I'm confident that in time, I'll pick up speed

Adding fibre and protein to breakfast doesn't seem to help, I'm just ravenous all the time. And the baby kicks me when I'm hungry, which doesn't help.
At least you can run if off, if necessary (but I can't imagine that being necessary for you). My waddling doesn't burn too many calories!
If more people ate like hobbits, I wouldn't be seem to be such a freak.
