As long as I can remember, ribs have been one of my favorite foods.... my birthday dinner every year pre-11 years old or so was ribs, mashed potatos, and corn on the cob. Sort of... they marinate them in a Jack Daniels glaze, then put the BBQ sauce over it. Very yummy. :-)

Men, at some point, were forced to think about what food was before it was cooked. They were forced to hunt and kill it, or to raise it then slaughter it... in either case, he had to skin it, gut it, and slice it up before the woman (who never had to see any of this) cooked it and put it on a platter for him. I think that I was a man in a past life. I just eat it, and know where it came from. :-)
