I have a performance of Forever Plaid on New Year's Eve again this year. I'm making some nice money doing it, but I'm also missing out on some fantastic shows happening everywhere, for example Clap Your Hands just announced a New Year's Eve show in New York. I had planned on going to NYC that weekend, but then realized I had this stupid show

just don't shedule more than two a night (3 if you smoke a joint before the 3rd dinner- we can all manage 3 dinners after a joint I think)

Yeah, I've been hiding out for a while. I've been waiting for my show to open so my life can slow down a little bit. I'll probably see you soon.

By the way, do you know about the Charles Busch documentary? It's called "The Lady in Question is Charles Busch." It just premiered at a couple of film festivals and is supposed to be really good.
