I've been trying to lose a few mission pounds recently, and I was at 195, then I went down to 193 by exercising (like, 3 months worth of exercising - hardly worth the time), but last week, I was sick - like, large intestine sick, if you know what I mean. I checked my weight when I was all better, and *BAM* I'm at 190. So, my advice is to get sick.

I got really sick in grade 10 and lost 10 lbs in one week. But it was probably one of the worst weeks of my life and I NEVER want to repeat it. Try just drinking water. Nothing else..honestly I've noticed a difference already. And maybe you should just stop eating candy and sugary things :P

Yeah, I know what you mean when you get lazy! Not that I'm saying I'm fat, but I do feel that extra weigh that I didn't have before and I feel less fit than how I was at this time last year...what I do is go for runs. Those always help and work a lot of muscles at the same time.
