Well I bought the nasal irrigation kit and have used it once so far.  It wasn't a neti pot as they don't seem to be readily available where I am.  It's a plastic, squeezable bottle with a hole in the cap.  It seemed to work somewhat as I eventually managed to flush out some... undesirable content.  I need to use it again though as my nose is still

Yeah the eye thing I wasn't expecting, eww! The relief lasted a day maybe, but I guess I need to use it more to really get things moving. I did use it one other time and it was slightly easier. Maybe I should try it every other day?
