     I just came back from my little neighborhood run.  Well, it was actually a walk.  I cant run worth a damn.  It makes me sad sometimes.  I cant believe all the crap that was in my neighborhood.  I traveled like 7 to 8 miles to go to a Rainbow Shop (it sells clothes..sometimes they have something good) when I could have traveled like 7 blocks.
