Woo-oo, here we go with Round 6!




To sign up,

First, make sure you've read the rules carefully. This exchange is slightly different from the others, and some of the rules are different, and you will be tested on them in the sign up form, LOL!

In particular, please note the new rule guideline:

• This is the sixth round of dramione_duet and many of our participants can be considered regulars. Since participants are paired according to their kinks and squicks (that is, with like-minded people), some participants have found themselves being paired with the same partner again and again! To help me avoid this happening in Round 6, please, please be as flexible as you can when you are completing your sign-up form -- if you prefer dark fics/art, perhaps you can also list some 'lighter' kinks you enjoy; if you prefer less dark fics/art, perhaps you can list some 'darker' kinks you are comfortable with; when you list what you are willing to write, perhaps you can consider moving a little outside your comfort zone? I will, of course, continue to respect your squicks. Thank you!

1. Answer the first two questions as if you're casting a vote -- type an X inside the brackets!


2. A prompt can be virtually anything -- a single word, song lyrics, a mood, a theme, a brief scenario (such as 'Draco joins the Order and becomes a spy' or 'Draco and Hermione have a secret affair'), or whatever you like, but it's best to give your duet partner a variety of different types. He or she MUST incorporate at least ONE of your three prompts into your gift.


3. Remember that the assignments will be anonymous. Comments here will be screened, so nobody can peek at the other sign up forms, and I ask you neither to post nor to tell anyone the details of your request.


4. This exchange depends upon PARTNERSHIP. That means two things:
   
   
   • If you sign up, you are committing yourself to writing a story for your partner.
   
   
   • If you sign up, you are committing yourself to reviewing the story your partner writes for you.
   Please do not sign up if you have the slightest doubt that you will be able to honour these committments.

Timetable

Sign ups will last until June 12 or until we’ve reached 20 participants.

I will disable comments once we reach 20 sign ups but, because I'm in the UK and many of our members are in different time zones, it's possible that a few extra people will sign up. In that case, I will process the sign ups on a strictly first come-first served basis, and ask any additional applicants if they would like to join the pinch-hitter list.

Assignments will be sent out on June 20.

Gifts will be due on October 7.

Gifts will be posted in pairs (duets) from October 25 onwards :-)
