I think, it's time to really start heading home now. I've spent more time exploring the Yukon, and think I like it a bit better than Yellowknife, actually. Highway 2 and 4 intersect in Carmacks. In high school I spent a week canoing down the Yukon river from Carmacks to Dawson City.

The last time I drove to Anchorage I'm sure I went through Prince George, but I don't recall exactly how I got there.

Good luck trying to see the northern lights. Its a bit early yet to see them.
