You know when I first heard of Rasputina, I instintivly pictured a hardcore metal act, something along the lines of Sepultura. Anyway, I finally got around to investigating this band and I couldn't have been more wrong. At first I thought maybe had spelled it wrong or something. Anyway, I'm actually pretty intrigued by what I've heard.

i'm completely obsessed with rasputina - moreso than i'm obsessed with anything else. melora creager (songwriter/everything about rasputina) is my total idol - i can't even begin to express how she makes me feel - i could go on forever so i'll just shut up now.
