I would avoid it. Anything that asks for money first to offer you a job is a scam. Would you PAY a temp agency to find you a job? No, b/c once they've made their money off you, they have no reason to pay attention to you anymore. That's why they get money from the employer when you work, so they make money from you going to work and finding you a contract.

Try looking up their domain on a WHOIS lookup. They're using a service, domainsbyproxy.com to hide their identity... extra fishy ... AND the website was registered less than a month ago. I was going to email them, but why bother now ... probably just harvest it for spam.

I don't know from experience, and it pissed me off when I couldn't find any solid proof from experience myself, but I just now tried to e-mail them, and the e-mail address didn't work.
