[And here comes Yamcha, just happening along. He's looking up at the sky as he walks, arms folded in front of him, watching the meteor shower overhead with an awe-filled curiousity. It's as he approaches the edge of the lake that he stumbles, and very nearly falls in -!]

[He manages to catch himself without much fuss. The bewildered expression on his face never leaves, however, as it's then that he notices the small girl sitting by the lake. She must be new; she wouldn't still be dressed like that otherwise, right? Straighting himself, he begins to move around the lake to approach her.]
