See, I’m currently holed-up in a "guest"... or rather, "gaijin" (outsider)... house, to those more comfortably familiar with local, xenophobic epithets. Basically, that means I rent my own room, but share bath and kitchen quarters with a constantly changing cadre

I really think you should just post your poem in the bathroom in some prominent place. It's so cute that I don't think the person is question would be offended. I *do* think they'd start cleaning up after themselves, though!

WHOA! That is some awesome art! I'm glad crafts are finally starting to mix with high art in meaningful ways. It's not so "Granny's sewing circle" anymore :P

I agree with dykestar. I think posting the poem would be great! Put it at eye level behind the toilet. That way when the perp stands to pee, he'll see it and hopefully clean up after himself (because I'm sure he'll be peeing all over the place as he reads it).
