Now that I'm back from West Virginia, there is about one thing I should be doing and it starts with a "p" and rhymes with "lacking," but hey, there's always tomorrow, until, of course, there's not! Rather than looking dolefully at the contents of my room and wishing they'd put themselves into suitcases and boxes, I've been baking. One might say

I found it very intimidating getting started. I looked at about a dozen recipes and none of them seemed to concur on anything!
