You definitely need to let me know when you'll be free to hang out. I don't know what all you'd be interested in doing while you're in NYC but there's a band playing at Webster Hall that I'm going to be seeing if you want to join! It's on a Tuesday night so that might be a deterrent, but the cover charge is only $12 at the door which is really pretty reasonable considering how most tickets go these days :| If not, I will certainly find more fun stuff for us to do. ALSO I can help you find some awesome vegan/vegetarian restaurants and stuff! :D I am looking forward to having you in my midst for the summer :)
Oh, awesome! :D I'd love to go to a concert, and you should drag me even if I protest that work's made me too tired or that I will be too tired the next morning. 'Cause I am eager to get out and see places and do things and specifically, spend time with you! I will be sure to let you know what my schedule looks like once I have a clue, ha. (By next week, for certain.)
Oh yessss I will even send you music to listen to so you're not entirely clueless when we get there. Since I have to work the next day I probably would be leaving before the concert's over anyway since the band I'm going to see is I think opening for the main band? But yes, definitely let me know and I will make sure we make plans to meet up beforehand and grab a bite to eat so we don't pass out in the pit like I almost did at the last show of them I saw. Bah, I'm such a fail concertgoer!
I would love it if you gave me some music to prepare with-- I enjoy concerts so much better when I know what's going on. Meeting beforehand would be excellent, and I am all for staying well-nourished, properly hydrated, and fully conscious. X3
I got to walk across the stage BY MYSELF since they canceled the BS in Physics five years ago. A friend said that the spectators' applause was evenly divided amongst the engineering departments, so a full seventh of it was ALL FOR ME.
What video games were you playing, and will you be in MD at all ever?
Good luck with all your endeavors, and holla for challah!
