So apparently, the twit I spoke to at LIPA on Monday doesn't know how to do her job. Here's what I was told/expected to happen

Before Kerry and I moved, I called LIPA and let them know when we would be there. After we had moved in we got threats saying that they were going to turn the power off because we didn't register with them. Because of this mishap Kerry ended up setting up the account again. Dumb asses.
