Really, nothing from your aspect. If you're on my friends list (which you are) you still see everything. This just means that people who aren't on the list won't see friends-only posts (the ones with the little padlock on them). It's something blogger doesn't have because there, everything you post is expected to be gobbled up by the waiting world. LJ is a little more flexible; it can be used as a way to communicate, as a diary or as a blog. (Conceivably, I could make everything on here totally private and just have a private diary; the one difference is that I could access it from anywhere I can get on the Internet.)

So if you want to take this off your list on the WL&P (I rode that railroad once) that's OK. There have been some incidents of newspapers cracking down on the open blogs of reporters and I don't want to get into trouble.
