It's been so long since I've updated my journal, I have no idea what's been happening. I know there has been a lot of poker played, and Christmas, and New Years, and a movie, or two. I saw Return of the King, did I ever mention that? It was pretty good, of course, I've never been as enamored with the LOTR movies as other people. I also saw Peter ( Read more... )

new hampshire is like, two seconds away from boston. and had a better mall. and a huge arcade.

I saw a strawberry shortcake lunchbox at newbury comics for like, 15$. But it was new, not vintage, and didn't come with the thermos, which I thought was very wrong.

Your present you gave me kicks ass. I still havent gotten yours cuz I havent had the right opportunities so it looks like it'll be mailed or I'm makin' that trip down here.

I didn't read the last half of your journal and will have to do so later, since Tony's hauling shit out of my room and that's always bad if I don't moniter his actions.. argh..

A huge arcade? Did they have cool games, or was it 90% sports simulators, 5% DDR and 5% DDR clones?

Well I'm glad you enjoyed your presents. I thought you would, but I never know with you. Too bad I couldn't be there for my thank you hug. :P The toys were not as cool as I thought they'd be, but still, Homestar Runner toys, they're awesome anyway. (Had to buy a set for myself)

Anyway, hope Tony didn't find the secret shrine to me you have in your bedroom. Hehehe...

lol tony isnt that observant.

The huge arcade had a line of skeeball and the skeeball bingo on two walls.. a buncha pinball games in the middle.. a couple old classics like ms pacman and galaga strewn in with the new war sim games they have and other weirdness.. theres tons of arcades on the shore but only a couple are open during the winter season.. a whole town out there was like boarded up and shut down for the off season.. it was creepy..

anyway I shut up now :P

Pinball and Skeeball is always fun. The boardwalks in Ocean City, New Jersey has a few arcades, but probably not as big. I think one advertises that it's open year round though. It made me think how desolate Ocean City would be during the winter.

Anyway, I forgot to turn my AOL off when I left work...I hate when I do that.
