Well, today was the second track meet of the season, and let me tell you, I DID HORRIBLY! On the 55H, I fell, well very badly stumbled, and almost didn't finish. Luckily after I ate a lot, took a walk in the freezing cold, cried a little, then read, Celia came over and made me feel better. Thank God for my friends. That put aside, the 4x200
