I need some answers, everyone. I feel like I'm crazy. I was talking to someone who knows me VERY WELL and saying it should be interesting because two people who don't like me will be at Andrew's hot tub thing tomorrow night. i would've probably responded with "yep" and a nod. that's it. anything along "well, don't make a scene, please" would be sarcasm at an extreme, which i'm not terribly partial to.

you seem fine, balanced, and relatively well-adjusted to me!

They say 1 in 3 people are crazy. If you are with two friends and they seem normal, then you're it. April, you have NOTHING to worry about ;-) Now that I've got you smiling a bit, I will give you the God's honest truth from my perspective (which in fact may not be the God's honest truth, since he obviously has a better vantage point, so I'll say the Elizabeth's honest truth instead). I think that you are the type of person, like many of us are, to make a scene within yourself. As in, to drive yourself crazy enough internally that you are furiously intent on NOT allowing other people into the situation. If you bottle that up enough, eventually it will spill out. Your honest nature, particularly around friends, perhaps the one who made that comment, then is hardcore, which is a definite plus, but could perhaps create said "scene". So no, to answer your question, you are not the kind of person to go up to the person and say "I'll cut you bitch", but your tendency to internalize it causes the scene to become enlarged in your mind, making ( ... )
