I got an email yesterday telling me that I had been accepted as a member of the Society for Neuroscience. This is a good organization to be in seeing that I am interested in neuroscience and societal activities. I got all high B's on my first three exams in three separate classes, so the semester is off to a nice start (for once). I really hate not

congrats on the social acceptance, april! props on the grades, too. they're always a bitch to get. and, yes, i feel you on the polyprotic acid titrations. stupid acids. why can't they all be monoprotic and easy to work with? sometimes i feel that difficult lab problems are god's punishment to humankind for all the buttsex.

I shall echo the congrats times a ton for all of the fun things- when do we get to celebrate with you?? (hint hint, vanilla ice on Friday night- I'm working on the details, but Mike and I are for sure going!!)- Yeah, the rain's keeping me in from Autumn in the Square tonight, but hope that you have a good time. And I can't so much feel you on the problems- I vaguely remember titration from AP Chem in high school . . . should I compare it to reading romantic poetry??? Or maybe Spanish Literature of the Conquest?? Yeah, at any rate- good luck!!
