Just wanted to add my two cents in. Man, you did sound like a total hippie in your journal entry. I guess James and I are rubbing off on you. up here, they don't just accept hippies and their ramblings - they promote them! so, as a spokesperson for New England, i (and the commonwealth of massachusetts) hereby endorse your hippieness.

as for spring break, why not just spend the entire week with kelly? i spent last year's spring break with my girlfriend, and it was downright amazing.
