Well, it's official...I got a letter from the Alabama Space Grant Consortium verifying that I received the NASA grant. I sorta can hardly believe it. Things are gonna be a little hectic with work, but they're giving me $24,000 to do a year of research for them. Naw, I ain't pissed about the razor thing. I just used your toothbrush to scrub my taint. I figure we're even.

Thanks for the congrats. It's strange...I'm on a really good track right now. It's a far cry from the days of security detail at the Pascagoula Port.

Taint scrubbing makes me laugh more everytime I read it. Colgate Total just doesn't have the flavor that your taint does.

So, if the entry wasn't enough, the comments just put me over the edge. But, seriously, you're right, Being a friend means watching out for the feelings of your friends. And, even if you aren't gonna be a rocket scientist, per se, I'm still proud to know ya'. Congrats, man. And stop scrubbing your taint with someone else's toothbrush!

$6000 goes for school-related expenses. But I can also buy a laptop with that money. The other $18,000 goes in my pocket, paid biweekly. The neat thing is, I still qualify for Pell Grants, too.
