I've been thinking about this for a while, but I've decided to sell the house. Too many people know where it is and I don't like the fact that so many people can just worldhop into it. I called a friend of mine who is a loan officer and I got pre-approved for a loan to buy a house. With interest rates this low, I can actually afford a bigger house
