"Bumped up?" Is this like asking for a room upgrade at a hotel? And in this case, like trashing the first room, pissing on the sheets, and then asking for an upgrade?

I think I need a set of Wile E. Coyote signs just to hold up when situations like this go down. One that says, "Seriously?" One that says, "WTF?" And one that says, "The Dean's office is that way ->".
