I spent this weekend sick with the flu but the bad part is that whenever I get the flu it always triggers my asthma.

So I didnt do much this weekend, I've been playing Combat Flight Simulator 3 alot, If you guys have never tried any of these combat flight sims, I suggest you buy a joystick and give in to the addiction. It's nice to play something

yeah, working out triggers your body to make endorphines (kind of same feeling when doing E.. except not as severe) that and it's a big confidence boost.

being sick sucks, i've been on and off because i stayed up working (procrastinating) on a paper, then up all night friday with the lan party here.
