I'm glad that you took the time to write about this. It seems like you have thought this through completely and are comfortable with your decision. I think what you wrote is very eye-opening to me, and while most of it is not a complete suprise, I think it will definitely be taken into account of how I conduct myself in the future, and how I look at the company in general. The song is not suppose to be sad by any means and I guess I refer to "biting the dust" as not always a bad thing. Its more symbolic of just someone leaving for any reason I suppose. And unfortuanately with a seasonal job such as that you do see a lot of people leave for whatever reason and regardless of their reason I still tied them into the song.

As much as going back on a temporarily basis would be nice I would just feel wierd doing it I guess. If my help is truly needed for two weeks to find a sutible replacement then I would be willing to help. However although I personally may not be able to be replaced I am sure any jobs and responsibilites I held can easily be past down and a replacement could easily be found.

I'll propably stop in later though as I have to go out anyways sometime next week

Ok, then please stop in Monday or Tuesday at the latest so I can be there. I am going to FLA on Weds til the following Monday, and I would like to be there, if it ok with you, when you come in to talk to E ( ... )
