Where to look for jobs online?

I wish I knew more. Especially with changing field, asking around, "what's a good place to start", or looking for articles titles that, seem like the only way to go. ECM employment agency in Cambridge are pretty good for tech jobs, but I don't know how you find a decent agency elsewhere. Maybe just picking one at random and ignoring bad suggestions is better than nothing?

Yes, word of mouth seems a smart way to go, so long as you can find the right mouths (!).

It's also more what I'm after myself - I'm not looking to apply for a new job right now, I'm wanting to find out more about how I might fit in other jobs, including what other jobs there are, so talking to people doing other jobs is probably more help than signing up with a recruitment agency.
