Man, I really want to steal some of the prep-knives from work. There's a wall in the prep area with lengthy magnetic strips and massive savage knives stuck to them. They're gorgeous. Erica's post kinda got me thinking about how I need some knives... or more accurately, I need to get my good knives back from 408. God I'm lazy. And no, I'm not ( Read more... )

Okay, now that I have a plan and don't have any major bills coming up soon, I'm going to throw myself into it if it's feasible. We'll see.

You should ask Adam if you're interested in new knives- since he's been working as a chef at Milford's he's become the knife expert. We recently invested in a collection of Wusthof cutlery... it's gorgeous and also some of the very best stuff on the market.
