HUNGARIAN BEEF GOULASH

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
7 oz. finely cut onions
1 green pepper, stripped (about 6 1/2 oz.)
4 oz. of mushrooms

I make a very similar version all the time. My husband loves it! Whenever people hear Goulash they think it involves macoroni :-/

Yeah, I was surprised how well it turned out. It was very satisfying on this winter night. The funny thing is about me cooking this is that my wife is the one that is Bohemian.
