In London, this catchphrase refers to the space between the platform and the tube (tube = subway. actually, subway means something totally different). in case you didn't know this is maggie. how are you? i read this entry and decided that maybe a little optimism might lighten your mood a little. unfortunetely, in the situation you have found yourself in optimism is simply the only thing i can offer. i think you are in a wonderful city with your wonderful family and you have wonderful people waiting for you at home, so with these innumerable wonders surrounding you, how is there possibly space in your brain for negativity? good luck.
