[What's okay to mention around him/her] If you don't want to start to get him talking about his theories on how magic is just muggle tricks, then don't try to get him in a debate about magic. Also, though he can talk about it, he still finds it slightly uncomfortable the subject of his mother dying and what happened after.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Other than being a highly stubborn person? Not much...
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If it's said that it can be hacked, then sure!
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] This guy in series is a troll-bait. I won't change that.

[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yes! Though the more intimate it goes, the more awkward he gets.
