Firo Prochainezo, 6th year Gryffindor
Firo, Firo, Firo. What doesn't he have to say about this guy. Sure, their first year was basically full of him being part of Firo's daily laugh, they soon became close through him taking Battler out of x fight that he would get in. And that evolved into the bro-friendship that has been running and doesn't seem to have any sign of stopping. And well, Battler also gets a laugh out of making fun of Firo, so they're usually even.

Tsunade Senju, Gryffindor 3rd year
Tsunade is also one of Battler's friends, even though one of the younger ones. He really likes that she's a pretty cool person to hang around, and that sometimes she can be pretty mature. He has probably gotten a few bruises from her because of his tactless jokes.

Maria Ushiromiya, Hufflepuff 1st year
As the icon suggests, Maria and Battler are not only cousins, but total bffs. If he was her uncle, he'd totally play the part of the cool uncle, but he's not so he'll only play the part of the cool older cousin. While she does sometimes persist about how he should believe in magic, they have lots of fun together. He really likes how innocent Maria is, which is why he sometimes jokes around with her. Of course, him being Battler, his jokes are tactless and perverted, but she doesn't notice.
