I was talking to Sandy today (who is from the former East Germany) and we were joking about universities having to take us for our diversity. I was enjoying the post until you implied that Oprah would pick out a bad book... I love Oprah. :)

I hate waiting, I'm sorry to say but it's comforting that you haven't hear anything, either. I'm sure you will, but it's nice to know I'm not the only one.

I'm sorry, but she has picked some doozies! Some of them even English professors would condemn.

But not to worry, when I write my book about overcoming my past and returning to my roots, it will be so bad that it will be good. I'll make Oprah cry.

This is what diversity essays and SOPs have turned me into! :-P
