This is notice that all crew members and passengers are to report to Sickbay for their yearly vaccinations. All persons must report to Sickbay for their vaccination within thirty (30) days of the dissemination of this notice.
All of those who do not appear, excepting those who have been given an exemption upon review of their case, in Sickbay for their vaccinations within the allotted time will be tracked down and vaccinated.
