I can't stand double faces people, don't they know what they are doing? All flowerly-happily on the one hand and then stabbing you in the back with the other... how can these people even lead a life? Do they think they are the only backstabbers out there?

I'm so sorry you have to endure this and I wish you a much better situation in the next job!
