"sitting in front of a single-screen ubuntu livecd" -- that's how my entire summer was! then mom and dad bought me the newest ibm (now lenovo), and the boys downstairs got ubuntu installed for me (cause for some reason, it didn't want to let me install it). i now have two laptops, and i love it!! :-)
