Is everywhere. It's in the air, it's in the lungs, between sheets, inside my mouth and inside my gloves. Israel, folks, is a wondrous country. You travel 80km in any direction from almost any location and you end up on a different continent entirely. Well, I feel better about the wind driven snow here. I don't like sand at all. You ever read Stephen King's short story Beachworld?

No, but I heard of it. The sand is horrible.
Every now and then I open a window a notch to peek outside. It smells like desert.
