It's too warm in my room for the air conditioning to help too.

I hear they're cleaning the pool down at one of the apartments. Perhaps when they're done, swimming might help cool you off?

The air conditioning is most likely broken. I could take a look at it.

I would not advise breaking a fire hydrant, it may effect the water pressure in the surrounding area.
