I had my appointment at the hospital for a check up on the nose today. after a brief moment of panic when they looked at spot more critically than I expected, they did as i expected and offered more surgery to correct the cosmetic with little hesitation, but its up to me and what was my opinion

I'm with K. I see you pretty often (or I did before the gaps in Jim's game due to illness etc) and I just stopped noticing. I don't think that's bad, and I certainly agree that it looks loads better than when it was covered in gauze.

Have a think about it and do it if YOU want to. Like K says, there's no shame in either option. x
