I'm proud of myself today. When I came out of Cabell I saw this dog tied to the bike rack. He was shivering in the cold wind and I could see all the bone knobs along his back. He didn't look good. He was very friendly and let me pet him. He looked so sad. So I sat with him and waited for his owner to come back. I didn't wait that long, but I hope
