Anger break from work

So I'm going through all these resumes for work...and I see this guy asking for 85k as his salary and this guy has not completed a Bacholer's degree. He has it on his resume as incomplete 108 credits or whatever. He has 7+ years of experience in the particular field this job requires. This kinda stuff makes me go like "why do people go to college
