The magazines, or rather the dating advise therein, prompted the visit. She brought cupcakes because while Aya-chan is rude enough to show up at someone's house uninvited and without calling

She smiles.

"May I come in? I kind of need to ask your advise on something."

She shuffles her feet nervously.

Of course. ::pulls the door open wider and makes a "come on in" gesture:: I'm more than happy to exchange advice for cupcakes.

"Thank you." She wipes her feet before she steps inside.

She starts to say something else, but closes her mouth. "How are have been? I haven't seen you awhile."
