Belated Birthday Dinner

Aya decorated the roof of the Kitten in the House with paper lanterns and brought some of the more hearty plants up from the shop to create and outdoor rooftop garden

Terra had managed to get there without incident and could barely contain her excitement. She'd been wanting to visit Aya since... well, for a long while, at any rate. So if her eyes were sparkling at everything Aya had laid out for her -- the plants, the lanterns, everything -- then Aya would just have to excuse that.

"Aya, this is... wow," came Terra's amazed voice.

"You made it!" Aya reaches out to give Terra a hug.

"Should we have dinner first? Then you can tell me about all the stuff that has been going on since I've seen you."

Yay, hugs! Terra returns the hug, a bit more emphatic than usual given her current state. "Wouldn't miss this for anything.

"I am pretty hungry," she admits gladly, "and I have been waiting to try some more of your food."

"I made sure to make shrimp tempura, since I remember that you liked that," she babbles as she sits down at the table.

She tries to be inconspicuous about looking at her watch. She wants to finish dinner in time to take Terra to the concert.
