Kakyou walked quietly into the ice cream shop, ignoring the jingle of the little bell. The same one Aya-chan had brought him to before, the same one HE had brought Hokuto-chan to...
He looked paler. Not just his skin, but everything about him. Slightly faded, a little more like the walking dream he really was. And his eyes looked very much the way they did when he first came to the Nexus.
She feels him the moment he steps into the Nexus and portals to him. Since the ice cream shop is in the Nexus, this cause no surprise. She runs up to him and tries to wrap her arms around him.
"I'm so glad you're alright!" She looks at him. "You're not alright."
"I saw it all, Aya. Two hours before it happened," he replied quietly. tilting his head a little. He was fairly sure he didn't need to say anything more than that. She would know what 'it' was.
"I'm very sorry you had to see that." She steps away.
"But at least you'll understand why I don't want you to go back to my world for awhile. I don't want anyone to go back, until the green gloved men have been dealt with."
She tries to smile. "It's alright. Really. I have the demon's powers, but it's all locked up tight and can't make me do things." She thinks.
