...how else to explain it? yesterday, my heart stopped beating for a brief little while. When it will be the same again, ...it will be a while.

That really sucks!! But the deal is that bad things happen. . .nothing you can do to stop them. It wasn't like you did that on purpose. . .you would never do anything to purposfully hurt a child. Anyone who knows you knows that. . . The thing is you can't dwell on this. . .you can't let this defeat you, you cannot second guess yourself. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. Nothing can be accomplished by beating yourself up about it. You can't change the past. . .you can either grow from your mistakes, or you can let them crush you. Don't get crushed. . .you are in my prayers. . .daily. Love you. . .I know this sounds really cheesy and stupid, but this too shall pass.
