Really, thank you! This is a huge compliment--I don't think that "sweet" means much unless it's also in-character, and that's something I try really hard to work into my stories--even the really cracky ones like this. I want it to make sense, even if it doesn't do much more than that--so thank you!

Love this fic. It's still probably my favorite from you thus far. Can't remember if I've ever actually told you so, which would be silly, so yes. *love love love*

You expanded that whole encounter with Mixmasster, yes? Think this is one of the parts where I most noticed the improvements made by the revisions. And not just because there's more sex now. ;P It feels like there's more closure or resolution between Ratchet and Mixmaster.

And I absolutely did expand the encounter with Mixmaster. ^_^; I definitely ran out of time when I was writing this the first time around--I actually sent it into the contest with no editing at all (which is awful, I know!) a few hours late. So a lot of that was just the porn getting cut short, because I did a lot of writing "*insert sex here*" when I was writing, because I'm so bad at writing it and I added it in last minute. For the most part it's fine, I think, because I mean--porn.

But the other side of things is that it's also a fairly significant part of characterization, in some ways, and I think you're right--I never really did resolve the Ratchet/Mixmaster conflict very well at all, and it just fell flat--they were moving in the right direction, but it was still kind of a non-ending. And I really didn't want to sell Mixmaster short like that, because really he's one of my favorites.
