Ooh, I can't wait to see your Sahara. I've poked around the pattern on Ravelry, and it always looks really good. I'm excited to see your Tangled Yoke too. And your ugly sock. I have some Koigu in my stash on Ravelry that looks like it might make a seriously ugly sock.

Speaking of socks, I just took my first Magic Loop class yesterday! It. Rocks.

Congrats on the assistantship and the MA program! What are you going to be focusing on?

I was on the fence, trying to decide between Sahara and Green Gable. I asked Kevin, and I think he picked Sahara because it shows a lot of clevage on the model, but he won't admit it

Oh, the Stargazer Sweater? It's in hibernation. I got bored. I wasn't thrilled with the yarn. And I have a short knitting attention span. I'm hoping to finish it before the end of the year, though.

I have seen the Misti sock yarn! We have some at the shop. It's sooo pretty. It came in the same day as the Rio de la Plata sock yarn, though, and I wound up buying some of that instead of the Misti. I liked the colors better. But the Misti's really soft and pretty.
