I went to a christian school for jr high, and I must say that religious schools do sort of have some kind of shine to it. Where I felt freedom, change.. and even though there were major boundaries. Rather the entire experience was worth while because I felt acceptance. . .that I was in a smaller community surrounded by peoples of all ages. Anywho, sporadically out the day I often do yoga...if you ever catch me, feel free to join. I could show you breathing techniques that go alone with the yogic postures.
